I guess it is kind of funny in the sick way of fun ... but it definitely shouldn't belong to an MK game, so yes, his fatality should be changed.

Quan Chi's neck stretch could be improved if, once stretched, he snaps the neck and rips the head off.
As for Mavado. He needs better combos.

The only thing that needs to be improved about it is the animation. When the character falls it looks like their neck is bent... _________________

Maybe because the neck is broken inside? Basically if the head was pulled like that stretching the neck the bones obviously wouldn't grow or be stretched so the spinal column would have tobe puled out of place so that a lot of spine ends up being in the neck. And with a movement like that i'm sure it's quite likely that it would break at some point giving the bent look.

Some fatalities are not bad, others suck ... but all are too simple, at most two stage animations that don't pretend to be scary or disturbing. I want depth, length, details and drama in fatalities. I myself could write plenty of good fatality scripts. Maybe I'm asking too much.

Instead of constantly coming up with new fatalities and ending up with a few not-so-good ones they should take the old favourites from the 2D games and bring them to the 3d games like MKDA and future games and just upgrade the animation.
Like bring back Johnny Cage's torso rip from MK2 and fit it into the game as his finisher now and with the game being 3D the graphics will be a hell of a lot better than when it was done in MK2.
One thing i'd like to see for future games is less of the popcorn looking pieces. When someone gets slammed against the floor you expect blood but not huge chunks, especially when no body parts have come off them yet.
