No he wasnt, Lord Freeze just watched the credits and Wesker wasnt in it at all. The only names throughout the whole movie are "J.D.,Rain,John,Lisa and Spencer"

The black dude was not Wesker.

in terror firmer they rip a dead fetus out of a woman. They also make a guy get eaten by an escalator, those are gory as hell, resident evil is no comparison to this flick
