well i like mavado for that reason only.
kabal never was my fave. I liked that blade attack of his though

Yeah Kabal was human but had to wear an oxygen mask permanently after an outworld attack left him severely injured.

Not really. The only one that has died and came back is Scorpion...(Cage did kind of)

I still find his ending funny that he goes back to Earthrealm and records a film afterwards of how he single handedly defeated the Deadly Alliance.

Kabal was an alrite character, but I think Mavado is better. Im glad they brought the Red Dragon finally. and yes kabal is human and evidence of his death is that Mavado stole his hookswords. O AND KABAL isnt in MK4 or MK DA bcuz his only beef is with Shao Kahn, he is neither good nor bad kinda neutral (i no hes not bad for sure)

i just dont see the big point about kabal, but i like mavado... hes tough and has the best weapons (lol which he stole from kabal)

kabal was only 1 of the only 2 new characters that were actually good in mk3. He must come back in mk6, but i don't think he was needed in mk4 though

So Kabal died. If they bring him back I think a good idea would be to have the oxygen mask removed and have him come back as a demon to avenge his death. So he hasn't got his masked, looks like hell, and is out to avenge his death by tracking down Mavado.
Kind of like what Scorpion is doing with Quan Chi but on a different scale.
