Actually he programmed Cyrax to assasinate Shao Kahn and Cyrax ended up wandering in the desert back to the Lin Kuei HQ after his new orders never came through

I thought he was programmed first to assasinate Kahn, but then Sub re-programmed him to fight on the chosen warrior's side. Then after the tournament, he was wandering the desert to get back to Lin Kuei place, but malfunctioned and never got there.

No, Smoke was supposed to kill Sub with Sektor. But realizing he used to be friends with Sub, he goes against his program and helps Sub kill Sektor.

The Lin Kuei is my thrid favorite clan. First comes the Brothers of the Shadow, then Shirai Ryu, then Lin Kuei.

Oh yeah.
You're right. I don't really like Reiko of Quan or Shinnok, the most retarded boss ever.
Quan is cool in Deadly Alliance though.
Shinnok will always we retarded.
In MK4, his fighting pose looked like, like a skinny old man fighting for softer cushions at the retirement center!
Really dumb. He's dead now anyway.
Yeah, I do like the cyborgs. Before I knew their story (when I was little) I just thought that it was retarded MK had robots. I thought they ran out of ideas, but they have good stories.
