From what I have read, a lot of people (not nessicaraly fromt his site) want a game with all the characters back in it. So, I thought of a idea to where it could happen.
As you beat the dragon king (If the dragon is the boss of MK6). We see him go down to one knee. Then he says some kin dof enchantment. The words must include open portals to the heavens and the netherealm. (To late the players knwo he is doing it). We then see the dragon king die. But using the portals he opened up before he died, we see him escape. Along with all the previos MK players who have died.
Just a idea I thought I woul dshare to see if you liked it, or hated it. If you do post, tell rather you want MKT2 or not.

i think you have a pretty good idea there and i could see how it would fit in by carrying on the story other than the firstMKT which they tried to squeeze in between MK3 & MK4

I like your idea! Plus, it is a good way to bring back those good characters Midway so stupidly killed off. Why did Quan Chi killed Baraka!?!

That would be a good point  but i still prefer baraka to win the fight cause Quan Chi (without his armour) now looks like some half-mad Indian cultist who painted himself white in a moment of fanatical parody

Sounds kinda funky to me. How about an evil sorsoress does a spell that resurects all the dead warriors of MK to serve as her personal army.

nooooo, he does nto resurect them. He opens a portal, so that when he dies, he can com eback easily. (Since they are no more dragon eggs.) And I did not mention before, but It would not be a way to bring back all the old characters, the nes who did not die would have to have their own story of course.
Bah, I jsut realized I did not put the option I do not want a MKT2, and do not like ur idea. (I could have sworn I put it.) How am I supposed to go back to the poll to change it? I tried editing the regular post, but it did not seem to have the poll at the bottom  .

You misunderstand me. I'm offering a diffrent story that has nothing to do with the Dragon king.

Personally I think that storyline would ruin the mortal kombat story. However, I like the idea of a game where you can play as every character that's ever been in Mortal Kombat.
Maybe it shouldn't continue the story but be more of a "Mortal Kombat: Best Of" kind of game.

I chose an MK2 sig because higher quality graphics like MK 4 sigs would take longer for people to load.

I know this is a long way away, but they could use that concept with mortal kombat 7, and make them all trapped in a nightmarish enviroment, and the winner of this hellish tournoment gets to take the Dragon Kings place or something like that.
