I think they should calmly release MK6. And then make a compilation of all MK games ever made. Put all characters, arenas, fatalities, moves, specials, etc into one game. It would be with no particular story, you΄d just enjoy playing it. But it would have to be real good, with killer gameplay, graphics, etc ... I can hardly see incorporating lost characters into the current MK storyline possible.
I like both Quan Chi and Baraka, they are cool.
Or even better: they should already start thinking about this compilation game. And make characters unlockable in it by krypt in MK6. You play MK6, unlock a koffin and a character for MKT2 is unlocked. When you play MKT2, it is available. This way MKT2 would be a big-big add-on, an extension to MK6.

^^^^^^The add on is a good idea. Have al the characters that would be in MKT2 as pictures in MK6 Krypt, and the memory card or something memorize who you have so when you play MKt2, it woul dunlock them.

In my opinion I don't think there should be a MKT2 because that was one of the reasons so my fans were pissed off during 95-96, because they took the same game and released in 3 times as different games which made some fans go like this:
*angry fan impersonation* WTF why r thy kep relaseing teh sam gamE over an ove!!!11 Thts dum!*End of Angry Fan Impersonation*
And besides you realize how much room it would take to creat 51 frickin' characters! the only I can see it is if MKT2 only had characters from MK Gold, Deadly Alliance / Tournament, And MK6. I don't know I just don't like the idea of a second Trilogy

ya i think they should make a 6 but then the one with all the characters should have no story line just all the killers and they go at it and have an internet version!

I think that;s a pretty good idea, but it might be better just to have like an MK game with all the characters and tells their stories, who they faced in the previous games and stuff. Like an MK encyclepedia but playable.
And for a passtime, a full half hour episode of "Cooking with Scorpion!" rotf that's the best krypt item ever! (next to the unlockable characters)

That's a cool idea, I could see it now: Mortal Kombat: The Legacy. It could include ALL the history of the previous characters with bios and the such. And maybe it could settle some long fought over topics such as: "The Reiko-Kahn Conspiracy", "Is Sub-Zero and Frost related?" and others. that would be awesome.[/code]

Okay here is my idea for MKT2 story line if there was one "A ancient prophecy tells of a day when fallen warriors shall rise and compete for there last chance at revenge and glory. They have one desire and that is to win. The dead have risen and the prophecy has become real. Now all hell shall break loose as the battle straight from hell begins."
