I have tried to beat the game on max but got stuck on moloch, god its sick

Attack, then block his attacks, then retaliate. If he attacks first, skip first move.
If his attacks push you away, don't attack. Wait for him to approach within attack range, then retaliate.
If you successfull pulled off a combo and somehow end up right next to him, attack again or he'll grab you.
If you see him raise his hand and smoke starts appearing, attack immediately or he carry out a ground smash (can't remember if blocking low can negate it)
Avoid special moves and i particularly suggest using characters with a long melee reach.
If he drops dead, do the monkey dance while singing "oops! i did it again"
If you need more help, ask someone else. I'm tired from all this writing already. 
If you think all my tips suck or are practically useless (which is highly unlikely, since they work for me), remember that i'm not THAT good at mk. Also, i will hate you... but only if you hate me too.

blocking then counterstriking is the key...and cage is good with this with his square x4 attack with the nunchaku on ps2
JK of MK i use the exact same strategy for moloch on harder difficulties... thats funny

Moloch shouldn't be on there! It's unfair I tell you! UNFAIR!!!!!!!! I only beat that tournament once, but it was on novice! I suck!
