He has one. If you read all the bios from all the games you'd get a great story. And there a really god one i could pull up for ya at MK klans and races but the site seams to be down.

i think if he returns (which he will) he will continue his mission of reforming the Lin Kuei as a force of good and to protect Earthrealm

And i hope he recruits Smoke. Hey theres an idea a Lin Kuei RPg Simlar in vein to Sukkoden.

from what ive heard recently from a lot of MK sites Smoke will probably return in MK6 as well as Baraka because of the demands there seems to be for them but it could be an RPG

He was automated. If Smoke returns he'll pretty much definately by the robotic one. The closest your gonna see him to human now is if he's given a second costume similar to Cyrax's in MKDA where his human face is showing but he still has robotics attached to him.
