Buy all the coffins. Then, buy all of the coffins again except NA HK OA HS (Shao Khan backwards). Then, buy those coffins in the order listed. In the charactor select screen, Highlight Hsu Hao and press Select + Start.
I found this somewhere.. I've never done it! and DON'T know if its really works![/b]

that actually sounds kinda cool even if it isnt true- makes a good believeable rumor...since in the MKDA intro video we can see they modeled SHao Khan - wouldnt be hard to make him playable...

There is no select button on the GC's controller.
And please don't post every rumor about MKDA that you find.

besides.. i found that "rumor" on a page for MKDA-tricks for XBOX..

no it has an 'A' button which is used to 'select' things in menus it does not have a seperate select button that has no use like the ps2

Yeah, the 'select' button on PS2 controller is almost useless. Many games don't use it at all and those which do, asign a very unimportant function to it, like changing views or similar.

the only time i have ever used the select button is when you have to soft reset the game to get back to the title screen
