Hah, my favorite is Scorpion, and I have never even played DA. =P
I played Deception, though, so I just figured it would be similar to last year's game.

My favorite fighter in MK:DA would be Li Mei. She was the first character that i mastered and the first character that i actually started using as soon as i got the game. Also, i think she is super sexy, but i hate the way she came out in MK:D. I like her sais, and her Fighting styles. They match her perfectly and IMO, they are very feminine looking.

I have to agree with Violater on what he says on good, bad and ugly characters. Scorpion has been my favorite since the beginning, Quan Chi had some great combos in all fighting styles and Cyrax had a great fatality, although I was never too fond of him. Violater was right when he said that Kabal needs to come back because the Red Dragon clan is one of the worst I have ever seen in the history of clans, my favorite clan being the Shiai-Ryu clan. Mavado was simply a joke when they created him and Hsu Hao is simply a rip off of Kano with his Laser Slice fatality. Bo Rai Cho, what is there to say about a sorry excuse for a funny character with a fighting style as stupid as Drunken Fist, I mean come on, what were they thinking when he was created. Get a new character in mind instead of someone as sorry as him, please!

Nitara and Frost were my favorite to use... But Kenshi was my best to use.

Frost all the way baby. She had good combos, was pretty quick, and damn sexy. What more could I ask for? Then again, there wasn't much competition...Bo Rai Cho? Drahmin? Quan Chi? Hsu Hao? Movado? I think not.
As for the old favourites (ie Scorpion, Reptile, etc.) they just didn't seem as good in this game...Though it was nice to see MK back, I think MKDA could have been so much better now that I look at Deception.

There was something I just didn't like with Frost. Sure her kneecap impale was cool, but her ice floor streak thing was just too easy to avoid.

Sub-Zero (anyone suprised  ) though Frost and Li Mei are joint 2nd I enjoyed mastering their fighting techniques

- Obviously Scorpion is the best for playing Arcade Mode. Hapkido is my favorite fighting style... And the NinjaScord my favorite weapon because it has strong fast combo's. (Same like Kenshi's Katana, ut NinjaSword looks better  ) I just cut my way through Arcade Mode on Max with Scorpion, then of course I choose a different char for the last battle so that I get a new ending.
- Frost and Sub-Zero ... I think ''Freeze'' gives you a huge advantage. It goes fast. If Frost uses her low freeze and your opponent is in low defense, then you can step up with the throw button before he has the chance to defence against. And for Sub-Zero is the same, but the other way around. You shoot a high ice bolt, when enemy in High Defence, you can do the throw move, which needs low defense! (He steps on the enemy's feet and uses him as a snowboard.)
 :
- Bo Rai Cho... omg ... ugly old fat slow bastard... I hate Drunken Fist style, I hate his puke and belly moves... he farts.. His Ninjitsu stick is way to slow to attack with... Bo Rai Cho just plain sucks!
- Mavado, like this guy has only one special move, he uses his stretch arms to jumpt at the enemy, or to flee. Those are stupid moves and he has none else. + He looks so --!#$@-- in his Knight outfit ... Djeez.
- Li Mei is the hardest character to play against I guess... She's fast as hell, and she can shoot her sparkler real fast too. Hard to defend against!

I like to use Kano and Sub-Zero. Sub-Zero has his freezing advantage and Kano can use a Neijin to power up himself and devastate his opponent.
