First, get yourself a good img editor, like PSP. Then, gather your things you need to make your fakie: backgrounds, sprites, lifebars, effects, etc. Go to 'The Mortal Kombat Warehouse'. Finally, paste it all together and presto! You have a great looking fake pic! Use real screenshots for example of what your fakie should look like.
