Well , its the first time that I reply a topic, and I Think that I just could Finish the UMK3, with the Noob Saibot, he is the best character of this game, his combos are simply the best.

Cheapest way to win? Jump away kick teleport.
But, pretty much all the regular ways to beat the comp would be considered cheap since they are all simple repetative tactics. The AI was horrible in every 2D mk. It was always just a matter of finding the simple way to break it.
And people still play the old console version? That's insane. UMK3 for SNES = terrible gameplay. UMK3 for Genesis = terrible everything else.
