i think it would be unfair in versus mode if one guy was better but the other one just cuase he has higher stats

I think a create-a-fighter would be awesome. Maybe just give us templates to go by, like the whole Ninja Outfit (like SubZero/Scorpion/Reptile[in the older MKs]) and choose Base and Secondary Colors which reflect the little avatar face on the select-a-fighter screen. Then choose weapon, fighting styles and name him.
Would be awesome.

i think it should be way more in-depth than that like you should be able to creat your own costume or use ninja costume and change the colors of them you should also be able to pick color of eyes color of blood color of hair if any or instead of hair flames on his head, there should be just tons of options

yes chose you gender and species, hair style and color, Eye type and color, Uniform and edit and acceories to it, Make a name, Cose your fitghing styles, chose your special moves an edit them and create a finising move plus taunts.
