I think the Dragon King and Reptile should be seperate! But have Reptile much bigger, stronger, smarter, meaner...and still be badass!

Reptile could be Dragon Kings general and maybe the sub-boss. But only then if he would be bigger stronger and tougher.

They could if the Dragon King got out of Reptiles body! Maybe Dragon King just needed to be in a living body for a little while as he gathered strength...or something!

I'm afraid, Reptile himself would have died by that. I mean how could he have survived DK first entering hiis body and then coming out, there would have been nothing left of his body after that...

Note on the "Dragon King"
What Tristram said about them not been able to be seperate is true. Because everyone has forgotten who the Dragon King was. If you look closely into the storyline of MK you will find who the dragon king is and why it was Reptile who became the Dragon Reborn.

perhaps Reptile had always been the Dragon King but when Kahn took Zaterra he stripped Reptile's knowledge of being the king and when he stumbles into the Lava Shrine the incubated dragon gives Reptile back his knowledge that he was the Dragon King. I dont know just trying to come up with something original.
