Why does everyone hate MK3??(I am NOT talking about UMK3 or MKTrilogy here).
Everyone seems to prefer MK2, but I think MK3 was a kick-ass game; BETTER than MK2. MK2 hat cheap throws and a way too high difficulity, while MK3 had a fair difficulity and got rid of the cheap throws. IMO, Midway tried something different with MK3, they took Scorpion, Cage and some other Fan Favorites out of the game and added a lot of new characters. MK3 also had a great storyline (Cyborg Saga, Kahn invading earth) and the combo system.
So WHY THE HELL should MK2 be better than MK3?

Not me, I belive that MK3 is better than UMK3 and Trilogy. because it was less buggy and more complete. The only thing I hated was no Scorpion.

I liked MK3 alot. Introduced me to Stryker, and Smoke two of my favorite characters. It also brought in combos which made it easier for me to own my friends and also alot quicker. I can't say that I like it more then MK Trilogy though.

I think UMK3 was what MK3 SHOULD have been. But it came out too late and the MK team lost some money from MK3.

Imo, Mk3 was tight...but the second one was more orginal, it also had the most blood.Plus all those secrets just amazed me when i was little!

i thought mk 3 was sick but mk triligy was better miner bugs dont bother me that much, as for mk2 classic game loved it just the difficulty was way too hard

I also think that MK3 was better than UMK3, and possibly MKT. I never liked UMK3, because of the ridiculous AI and the worthless additions. (Besides characters, they added almost nothing!) The extra characters were nice, but that was the only plus.
