I remember Ed and the team talking to fans, and they asked about the death of Johnny Cage and how he's back in MKDA. They said that it was accutally a movie...he didnt really die! It kinda makes sense to...look at Cages ending in MKDA, it say's "Cage is back"!

well Johnny Cage did die, but as someone else explained it, he did come back to life, the death of johnny cage was a movie that Johnny Cage was supposed to do.

Johnny Cage died by the hand of a centuar. It says so in his bio. MK4 bio says that he came 'back to life' (<~~~'hint) to fight alongside his friends.

none of Johnny Cage's bio's says anything about a death by a centaur. I think you got that from a fan fiction or something. The only thing I can see that suggests that is that Johnny Cage did die at the hands of the Extermination Squad and Motaro led the Extermination Squad, but nothing says that Motaro dealt the death blow. It could have been any member in the squad.

... do you read what you see... the extermination Sqauds were all CENTUARS!!!!!! Motaro was the leader of the centuar army. Didn't you see that picture of the Centuar army coming to attack?

-Cage does MK3 (See grave in The Graveyard stage) from the Extermination squad (Centuars)
-Cage is resurrected in MK Trilogy to fight side by side Earths Warriors
-Then we are told that it was all Movie plots, as far as MK:DA goes.

Official Canon Cage story.
Cage survived MK1.
Cage survived MK2.
Cage fought a little and died by Motaro in MKT.
--- when he died, it was the same time when earth was merged with Outworld. This really catapulted his soul back into his body and he came back to life until Kahn was defeated again. Cage dropped dead.
Cage was a spirit in MK4 but recieved life once again after the war.
Cage then was supose to do that stupid movie but he didn't do it.
So by the canon guide. He DID die twice. BUT!!!! the first time he died, he came back to life within hours. Then when he truly died, he earned the gift of life once more by Raiden. Thats why he's alive today.
If anyone has a problem with this, go talk to Midway and say that they don't know their own story.
