One of the reasons I prefer WinAmp media player above almost all others, is the fact that it comes with an equalizer. This allows you to customize how music sounds without having to put up with the common staleness of players that don't have one. These are a set of equilizer setups that I felt were good enough to share around. I don't have a name for any of these or any way to describe them, but here they are:
NOTE: These settings were done in Winamp 2.91, NOT Winamp 3. I do not care for, or want to deal with, Winamp 3.

The first one is my own personal setup, and how I've had it set up for some time. The rest are experiments.
If you don't want to manually adjust each setup, I have a zip file that you can download and extract EQF files that have the setups saved. You can extract the files anywhere, and just click the Presets button on the upper right corner of the equalizer, select Load > From EQF..., and select the file. The files are numbered to match the images above.
