It only destroyed his 'Hellspawn Body"?
What was in the chamber above the room that they were in? the Undefeatable Army.
What did the army not have?
Souls.
I think that Scorpion may have come to inhabit one of the Undefeatable Army.

LOL...nobody ever dies in MK.....they just die for 1 mk or like half an mk then for some reason they come back to life!! lol cage has died, liu kang died, goro technically died but they all seem to come back...scorpion will always be in MK as ed boon said

Scorpion has always been my favorite since elementary and now that i'm in college he is still my favorite. I will always follow the death-ninja's legacy til my last breath. The flames within Scorpion will not die and even if its the year 20-something he will always be considered a legend and a hero for me. His body maybe destroyed but his soul will not die til he completes his goal.
