Well it is not only kintaro who is not in MK movie, there are whole set of fighters not included in movie cast.....

i would say it is because goro had to be in 1 as it was the first tournament, and motaro is way better that kintaro so they put him in instead

But how can you proof this? IMDB had put some other people in the mk3 cast, like Dan southworth(Kenshi), Rey-Phillip, Marla Welsh...and they said the movie was in post production, but it's not true 
New Line cinema has nothing to do with mk3; Threshold has the rights for the movie. But if you know people from New Line and they have said you that they are producing this movie, it's another thing and you might be right.

Its not Pamella Anderson but she is in baywatch hawaii, Her name is brooke burns, she was also in the mkc episode festival of death.

I think it's because he's a bit too much like Goro.... Motaro would be a better choice for that kind of character.
