I agree, basically all the ninjas were awesome. I would have to say Noob Saibot, Reptile, Scorpion and Smoke are some of my faves.
But I also grew to really like the cyborgs. Doing 3 on 3 Kombat with Sektor, Cyrax and Smoke was quite fun.

Mine always has and will be Rayden. I liked his portrayal by Christopher Lambert in the movie best, though!
