I like every one except jax's in mk3 where he must have turned into a giant and steps on the opponent, and lui Kangs one where the arcade machine fell on them.

Kano´s Fatalities have always caught my attention since he is my favourite.  And Kung Lao´s Vertical Hat Slice in MK2, Baraka´s Impale in MK2, Jax´s Arm Rip in MK2 Sektor´s Compactor in MK3 Kabal´s Head Pump in MK3 Rain´s Lightning in MKT Reptile´s Face Chew in MK4 Quan Chi´s Leg Steal in MK4 Kenshi´s Telekinetic Abuse in MKDA. man, it's been so long since i played mk1 and 2, so i hardly remember any of the fatalities in them. but i do remember cage's body rip (where he ripped the body in half) and his head crusher.
the acid bath stage fatality in mk2. the pit fatalities.
but kano's heart grab is just bloody fucking awesome! and the heart still beats after you've ripped it out.. hehe...

Well, Lui's Dragon in MK4 was violent and awesome. I also liked the earth destruct from Smoke(Cyber) and the spike ceiling where they fall off of it in MK2.
