I like all the Fatalities that included head decapitations or when Shang Tsung absorbed his fallen victims' souls.
But the one Fatality I enjoyed most is Subzero's head rip.(in SG version).

The best one will always be Scorpion's Hell Grab fatality in UMK3/MKT.
Not because it's Scorpion, but it's the most symbolic to his character, for his hellspawn origin, and it's the most creative fatality I have ever seen in MK History.
Now, if only they could recreate it in one of the 3-D MK games.

I was always a fan of the Scorpion Sphere Slice. And while it's not really a fatality, I always finished my opponent with that dumb @$$ pimp slap that Baraka used to have in MK2

It's that fatality in MK2 where Scorpion pulls out the head of his spear, slashes the oppenent in the head and then in the waist and they fall in half.
Watch it in the fatality theatre.

MK1: Sub zero´s fat.- i like liu kang´s scream when sub si doing his fat.
MK2: Kung Laos fatalities, shang tsung´s fatalities, mileena´s sai fatality
MK3: there are many fat. i don´t like (VERY unrealistic), but cyrax´s self- destruction is funny:-)
MK4: fast all fatalities, especially shinnok´s fat. and tanya also can teach her enemies how to die:-p

I'd say my fav. was Sindel's Hair Wrap fatality in MK3. I always thought it was really cool.
