My favorite move would have to be... any air throw.
This move will strike some sense into a human player and say that you can't fuck with me.

The Ninja Slide is one... it's pretty handy after you jump kick someone, then slide kick when they're still down. hehe, I did that in MK 2 a lot!
Noob Saibot's Disabler. For a short period of time, the opponent can't attack you! I beat Kahn's ass with this move last night on MK Trilogy.
Sub Zero's freeze attack and when he makes the floor slippery, which is kinda funny.
Scorpion's spear throw. "COME HERE!!!"
And the one move Baraka has, when he kneels down and moves his knived up and down, i think it's called the slicer? I beat Shao Kahn 7 times in MK2 with that!
Liu Kang's Bicycle kick, lol that's an awesome move there.

Stryker's riot gun, dash throw, and grenades.
MK2 Raiden's teleport (especially in MKT).
Kitana's Fan in MK2 or UMK3/MKT because of its deadly goodness.
