I personally like Jax in MK2. He was pretty much the only fast comboing person in that game. I remember I defeated Noob Saibot with Jax on Very hard for the very first time. This Jax was my favorite.
Jax in MK3 to MKT was a bit slower than the original one but the added double fireball and the slided clothesline(I think) added what was missing to Jax. I also love his combo. He uses his shoulder alot. Fatalties suck though.
Jax in MK4, was even slower than the MK3 jax. I like this Jax the least. His multiple slam was rediculously hard to pull off and some of his moves just sucked. I don't think he had the gotcha in this one.
Jax in MKDA looked dumb. I liked the look in MK4, they could at least spruced it up a little instead of a former boy scout. Anyways, they took all his god moves away and gave him this semi-weak special move system. The gunfire move is probably the best move there.

In MK2, Jax was one of my favourites. I still liked him from MK3 to MKG, but his MKDA looks ruined him for me. Especially the stupid arms. Plus, his story's really boring, same as Sonya's.

I liked Jax in MK2, just cause I thought he was cool.
In MK3 he was one of the top chars I think because of the quick recovery after his projectile. In UMK3 they increased the recovery time but he is still awesome for his big damage combos and generally useful moves.
Also, MK2 Jax in MKT is great, I just like him a lot with the air projectile. Also, he is one of the Mk2 chars that actually does MK2 damage to his opponents in MKT.

i think jax is a pretty good character although i would say he has one of the best fatalities (arm rip) and one of the all time worst (the one where he becomes like a giant and stomps on the opponent,that really sucked!)

I'm not a big Jax fan. He never really struck me as someone who I want to play as.Hes just not my type of character

He was really cool in mk3 and it was easy to do combos with him and his moves took away alot of damage but in MK:DA he sucked.

I was never to fond of Jax. Hes ok. But in DA he was so much of a stereotype, i didnt like it...
