Sonya most definatly had the most interesting background but I prefer Kira, her moves should bring the Black Dragon back into serious business.
As for the worst, Sindel. i dont even know why i guess its just in my nature to hate girls who scream loud.

i love the female ninjas... they are so mystic and beautiful (mk2). of course mileena is the best, because she has a secret (but everybody knows it:-)))
sonya is boring
sheeva ugly (but good fighter)
tanya is also good fighter, but i don´t like her much (it does´t mean that i hate her)
frost: i don´t know- i haven´t played MK:DA
nitara: the same
MK:D girls: Jade is cool (alternate costume)
Mileena -"-
Sindel is quite likable
Li Mei: she isn´t classic MK char. but the best char. from the latest MKs
But I HATE new MK:D characters (both girls and boys)
Only Kira could be the true character (she needs only new storyline and clothes:-)

Hard to say. Mileena of couse, but Tanya is cool too. And I somehow have a soft spot for Kiras red Hair. Kitana in MK:DA was hot as hell, but all the others can rest in peace.
