Yes and No.
I said yes because you can do it but you'll probaly get in trouble.

I deliberatly asked him a question and asked him if what I think is the right answer, thats no where near spam.
Spam is short annoying messages like "lol" with nothing else along with "^_^".
Thats what it stands for.
