i think the best Scorpion was Daniel Pesina from MK 1 and 2 !! 
Yes I know...he's probably not very good at martial arts but I like him since he played the original Scorpion and Classic Sub Zero.

I'm sorry ppl but all in all your going to want someone who is extremely muscular and agile to play as scorpian. He should also have a good understanding of Martial Art's.
