Liu Kang is Mortal Kombat. He is as important to MK as Ryu is to Street Fighter. It'd be kind of cheesy if he comes back the same way Johnny Cage did, but he should definitely come back before Baraka. Generic Outworld baddies should come and go.

 I reckon lui kang should return even though I never use him. His like the main character in mk.

wats the point of people dieing if they arent really dead? i dont like the fact they brought back cage from the dead and even tho i love goro...i dont even know how he came back to life but neways its like retirement today...a professional sthelete says they retire but now its more like taking a bit of a break...i think they shud keep him dead and maybe like have him remembered as the greatest MK fighter ever with like his own tomb and like a temple and stuff but i think they should bring some1 new into the limelight...and besides i wud hate the eveil liu kang idea

There is one big mistake : SF fans think Ryu is no. 1 while MK fans would rather go Subzero or Scorpion. So not much similarity between Ryu and lio.

I think he should stay died cause they already did that with Johnny Cage. They should keep him dead at least for one more game.

LeiMei won Mk5 (mkda) because her's is the only ending that literally says she won the "tournament"

I have to agree I though I do h8 Liu and Ryu it just wouldn't make any since to just have the main hero die... though I did like what Capcom did with Ryu... Evil Ryu was 10x better than the goodie good version... Midway should do the same w/ Liu... Plus Liu always made a good punching bag *always sounded like I was beating up a chicken*
