Not every ending happend in ANY MK... they are all 'what-if' endings, so NO. Liu's soul isn't in Kano. Not now, not tomorrow, not when he lost to Mavado (which is still uncertain), not ever.

Black Dragon and here's why...no one knew of them. Jax and Sonya and the rest of the Special Forces had been hunting down Black Dragon members for years. Slowly catching them one by one. They're mostly gone, now the Red Dragon has arisen.

Thats a lie right there, Hsu Hao and Mavado were created as a counter measure to the Black Dragons superiority...aside from the Lin Kuei. I voted for the Red Dragons because Hsu Hao would Pwn Kano and Kabal at the same time.
