The MK team couldn't work up the ambition to re-film every one with a "Groin Pain" Animation, so they scrapped it... Either that or the elder gods wouldn't let Cage into heaven unless he stopped trying to touch guys... there.

That move was awsome, they allow them to make guys punching eachothers heads off but no nut crunch. Crying or Very sad

This question always stuck in my mind along with:

Why didn't Kitana have a blade swipe in UMK3/MKT and why didn't Scorpion have the Leg Grab? I know the leg grab was kind of weak but they could have made it cool I think. And I always liked the blade swipe, but it would have to be Properly done in MKT, not like Baraka's broken blade swipe.

Maybe Chris Alexander couldn't do a split and they were too lazy to hack one in. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if that was true because MKT was a rush job minimal effort deal. One major example is only one of the new characters has a combo that uses more than just punches or kicks.

Here's an example of a worthwhile combo:

Kabal LK, LK, HP, HP, HK, B+HK

Every new character can perform a combo by holding back or down and mashing HP+LP or HK+LK except Noob Saibot who has HP, HP, LP, HK, and EVEN in this case, the HK does an UPPERCUT which makes no sense. Even two combos are just 4 of one hit, Noob's 4XLK and MK1 Kano's 4XHP. Pretty damn lazy.

It was a shame they had to fire Daniel Pesina who played the original Johnny Cage. Maybe, just maybe, they could've had the time to work on the "nut pain" animation for all the male actors, maybe MKT would've been a little better.

They could have just gone into the "scared" animation like Kabal's scream fatality and screamed. However, that alone wouldn't have made MKT any better.

Man Cage's ball buster move is the best in MK2 man, cause you get to hit them agian after hitting them in the balls...with any other move. I like doing a roundhouse then a low fireball agianst the cpu Very Happy

They should have made them grab then wobble in like after Scorpion's and Jax's head pound so this way you could actually hit a human opponent, cause anything after the nut punch is blockable against a person.
