I'll go with Meek as well, because Shao Kahn seemed like the biggest pussy out of the whole lot of characters in MK:A.

I hated that helmt he wore in mka, jeff meek had a weay better costume

I think Brian Thompson was fine. It was just that the movie suffered from bad directing.

they were both kool but he suked in the movie cuz the movie sukedand so did most the acters but he was okay better with mask on

Brain Thompson rocked! I met him at the Multiverse 2001 Convention he was great to talk to. I thought he played an awesome Shao Kahn, he is very strong and looks very mean, which is perfect for that character.
Jeff Meek was awesome as Raiden, more than Kahn I thought. He was great as Kahn, but he was better as Raiden.

Jeff Meek is my favourite Raiden he played the part the best though his Shao Kahn wasn't bad a little over the top but still memorable
