I like 'em both, but there are different masked ones,
so I like UMK3-masked Zero more then MK1,2 ones  .

True. But MKII kinda unleashed his mystique a bit with his ending. But MK3 Sub-Zero looked American, or at least non-Asian. |
I thought he was from what would be eastern Russia given his look. That would still make him Asian.
I like unmasked sub in MK3. He is fun and cool looking. And in MK3 he is death.

Well since the actor's name is John Turk, he's most likely Turkish, which would be western Asia. That's why DreemerNJ and I call him "Turkey Sub"

Yeah, if you have it on x-box,ps2 or gamecube you can unlock his alt costume and he wears his mask...

I don't know if he actually did, but it seems to fit. And also, I don't think the Lin Kuei was supposed to be a ninja clan really. I thought the chinese clans took their style from the Lin Kuei who were just from asia.

Classic Subzero is far more greater then unmasked.
True Lin Kuei warrior is the one that wores a mask,to show respect to his colours and such.
Although in MK DA he sure looked cool without the mask,but yet I like him in his mask.
Since I like Ninjas,it's best suited for him to remain masked ninja.
Without the mask,there's no ninja spirit,but with it comes a presence of a warrior that's been desinged to kill his weak pray,like a lion that'll bounce on it's prey without notice.
