The first one was good, but after that it got really chessey and unrealistic, they made me want to vomit.

Mortal Kombat Conquest had the best fights and best story of the mall I think, plus Jeff Meek played a better Shao Kahn and in my opion the best Raiden (yes even over Chris Lambert). The only downside was the special effects.
