I like Mk alot more than sf but sf is old school too, I dont know about you guys but I used to play it alot.

when was the last streetfighter game made and how do you know that there deffinetly won't be a mk vs SF............mk would own SF

MKDA did not come out as arcade so now i'm stuck playing street fighter vs marvel super hero's as it is the only good fighting game at my arcade:(

mk would way beat streetfighter, i would not call them better gamers than us, just because we discuss the storyline and they discuss thier techniques.the storyline is more inportant in mk than in sf.

To be honest, SF2 hasn't put out any good games in years, and even those are washed up now, comparing them to Mortal Kombat. And I'll tell you why this is. Because Mortal Kombat evolved, not only becoming 3D but having more detailed combos and individualised fighting techniques. Plus the storylines. Streetfighter grew into a children's cartoon with false and flashy moves out the ying yang. When you look at some of their characters like Sodom, Rose, Dan, not to mention the animation, plus the cartoons and the Van Dam movie severely hurt the games image. After seeing the movie it became hard to look at SF2 the same way ever again. Their last decent game was Super SF2 Turbo in my opinion, and if they could have stuck with those characters and made a 3D game, and maybe put alittle more blood into it (unless your playing Dhalsim), then it would have rocked. I would rather see MK vs. SF then, with both parties being on close to equal grounds, as it would have made for a much better showdown. I would not say that MK and SF won't ever cross paths though. Just wait until Mortal Kombat buys rights to SF series lol. All their decent characters will probably be integrated into the MK storylines and all SF's bad characters will be erased. It's bound to happen at some point in time, look at WWE buying off WCW, for any wrestling fans that might post here.
