i think Ermac because he hasn't really got a unique ability like other ninjas and if it wasn't for that glitch in MK 1 he probably would never exist.

I'd say Ermac. His telekinesis is awesome, but that's all he has going for him. He's not as powerful a character as the other ninjas.
