1. Why does Sheeva have green blood while Goro and Kintaro have red?
2. Do they have pupils (They do in the movies, but they are not canon, from what I understand)
3. Is the plural 'Shokans' or 'Shokan'?

1.) well originaly, they have Goro and Kintaro red blood, but in Japan the blood was censored to Green...they thought it would be cool to have differant types of blood in MK3 for differant races, eg cybers have oil blood, Reptile / shokans have Green blood.
2.) No idea on this one sorry
3.) The plural is Shokan.

Goro, Kintaro and Sheeva are from the same race. Goro is from Outworld too, son of Gorbak (info from MK2 official comic).

Goro was called Half human half dragon in MK1 because they didnt have the outworld or shokans yet. In MK2 they changed the story to make Shokans a race of creatures, and goro is a part of that race. That was just them tweaking the storyline as they went. So I guess forget what they said in MK1 because it was changed in the later ones and that is cannon now or something.

since when is kahn a human/dragon? he may have red eyes and spikes on his head( see pictures of him without his helmet on), but he definitley ain't a mix. Besides, it's already known that Shinnok is his daddy and Rayden is his brother, and neither of them have any dragony-kinda features. Auuggh! now u got me thinkin of shinnok gettin' it on with godzilla! P.S. ( no, i do not have a messed up mind...)

Don't be stupid. Shao Kahn is half-human/half-dragon. Goro, Sheeva, and Kintaro are all Shokan. |
That post is not very clever too... 
1) Goro, Sheeva, and Kintaro are all half-human/half-dragons a.k.a. Shokan.
2) Shao Kahn is not half-human/half-dragon (a.k.a. Shokan).
Shao Kahn was favoring the race of centaurs and he aided them in defeating the Shokan. (however centaurs are not his native race too).
So, he punished Shokan, but he wouldn't act thus with his own race
cause he is not J.Stalin  he is Shao Kahn.

Anyway do not confuse Shao Kahn with Shokan, Shao Kahn comes from the god family but I wonder why is he an emperor instead of a god?

No he wasn't. He wasn't such ass as Stalin, but he wasn't a nice one anyway.

Nice question.
First of all: Who said that Shao Kahn belongs to gods?
I didn't see anything about it in MK2-MK3.
I've heard those story in MK:Annihilation,but the story of MK-movies is not a canon of MK-storyline. So Shao Kahn and Raiden are not brothers,
and Shinnok is not their "daddy". 
Let's take for example a win-screen of Noob-Saibot,
we know that Noob worships Shinnok and receives orders to attack
Shao Kahn, cause Shinnok wants to take both realms and gain the power he needs to strike back at the elder gods who banished him to the netherrealm.
So Shinnok wants to kill Shao Kahn! Would he act thus with his own son?
(Or, maybe, Shinnok is Ivan Grozniy that killed own son?? )

Come on, Goro is the prince of Shokan, so he is shokan. The race can be half-dragon.
