Can someone recommend a good free/cheap LEGAL movie editting/making program? The first person to say Windows Movie Maker will get smacked. Same for Adobe Premiere, as its $700

Depends what you want to do, Virtual Dub is free, and is used to mainly edit mpeg and avi files. its a great program.
