I was reading things about kano and he didnt know wheather he should join the deadly alliance or the WEAKENED EMPORER..so I dont think hes dead.

i definatly do think shao kahn will be in the next 1 and will probably be fighting against the dragon king to gain control of the wasted outworld and yea i ges it wud be stupid if quan and shang didnt kill him but it never said he died, he cudve been badly beaten to the point of near death.

Shao Kahn should just come back as Reiko again since he got the shit beat out of him, besides he looked pretty kool.

I believe the person Shang and Quan killed wasn't Shao Kahn but Reiko in disguise as Kahn as a decoy. Kahn was of course weak, and was well aware of it, and decided to go into exile until he could rebuild his strenght. So this is where Reiko came in in MKGold and put the helmet on. He was being a decoy for Kahn and paid the price for it.

I don't know, but when you think about it and put together all those incidences, including Boons comment during the MK Chat that we haven't seen the last of him, I believe it could all be put together like that. That theory could actually work if it was done.
