I think you can buy an adapter that allows you to use your gamecube paddle with the xbox system..

OFF
I trust in Boon: he can't do the same mistake twice in a row
MKD must be on PC too
ON
GameCube can't be so popular if they don't publish on it. _________________ Think before you say something stupid

Nintendo doesnt need MK to be popular. Nintendo owns the rights to Link and Mario which are the two most popular characters in the gaming industry... _________________

I'm pushing that Petition on every board I know right now. I really do hope there are more people singn up and Midway will notice that.
Since the MK5 engine is already present on the cube development kit, it shouldn't take that much to realize MK6.
Lets keep our fingers crossed!

Well i don't understand that if they want Deception to be online, for the gamecube to use the dial up and broadband adaptors that you can get for the gamecube, i mean couldn't they just do that if they really wanted to put it online. _________________ i have butt for brains

I don't think thats the problem althought thats the official statement from midway.
They are not satisfied with the copies of MKDA they sold on cube.
So I think they're concentrating on Xbox and PS2 for MKD. _________________ no blood - no fun

Well i mean hell it went player's choice didn't it, at least i think it did, otherwise the gamecube version of DA didn't sell too hot. I got my copy at Gamestop for about $17, but i mean come on just because the majority of the people who did buy Deadly Alliance were the PS2 and Xbox versions, doesn't mean that people on Gamecube won't buy it, and if you take away a system, i don't know how that will help Midway. My personal opinion on why Deception wouldn't be for Gamecube is probably due to the gorey and bloody content, or maybe Midway just can't fit all of the content on 1.5 GB of data, since PS2 and Xbox are on DVD ROM disc, i don't think it would be due to marketing reasons. _________________ i have butt for brains

Disc capacity should be enough. At least it was enough for MKDA and there was a lotta movie stuff on it. Another thought which come up might be that they have not enough people to develop for 3 consoles simultaneously and also keep their dead line then. Remember the unfinished look of MKDA. Some easy to adress bugs remained and there where absolutely no stage fatalities although stage fatalites were mentioned in the Making of MKDA.
So they must have been cut out a lot to be in time for the release.
In the end, I think they will release it after the Xbox and PS² Versions are released. At least I hope so. _________________ no blood - no fun
