I cried when I saw Subzero's new outfit. 
That new outfit is just horrible. It is overly done, overexaggerated, to clunky, and to complex. That fur around his neck makes him look like a drag queen and the helmet makes him look like Shredder from the TMNT.
It does not express the theme of a ninja warrior. It's too armored clad and makes him look more like a Samuri warrior instead. I'm sorry but they ruined Subzero's look. Hopefully, they will keep the classic costumes as alternative costumes for him.

The min I saw the new sub-zero outfit it totaly reminded me of the Shredder from the TMNT! But he is the grandmaster and in a way it does kind of fit him. His alternate is horrible, but subzero is ageing so in a way I can kind of see where they are going with it. All in my opinon ofcourse.

I know...LOL that pony tail is kind of ridiculous! Now that you mention it, I would rather just see him bald also...thats not a bad idea. Hopefuly they will tweak sub's alternate before the relase date...that gives them roughly eight months to do something different with his alternate costume.

OMG...THATS SUB ZERO??? i was wondering who the hell that was and the first thing i thought was "that character doesnt seem to fit with MK" i think its aweful and he looks 2 skinny and i dunno its just not sub zero if that him...and theirs no alternate costume i dunno if ill be able to accept the new look and mite have to find a new character

on second thought...its not that bad its different but in a way it is cool...its not sub zero in terms of looks but it shows him as a higher authority kinda and the helmet is pretty cool...but he looks like an undead
