I'm thinking of making my own MK site, and I'd like your suggestions on what to call it. I'd also like to know what kind of content you want to see, etc.

Why don't you call it  <www.classicsubzero.net>
If you go to www.freeservers.com they give you FREE web-space!
So you can build your own website! That's where i'm getting my server space! It's FREE!

I was originally going to use www.tripod.com, since they give free webspace, too. Which is better, tripod or freeservers?

I've not tried Tripod, but does it cost to create a tripod website? I'm sticking with freeservers!

Yes, tripod is free. I'm not sure which site gives you more space. I wanted to get my own domain with freeservers, but you have to pay for that.

I use tripod to make and run my site. I think you should try it, and if you want to see what a my website looks like click on my signature to my site. It is free too!

One time I went togeocities, and they asked for a social security number. I would go with tripod.

I've changed my mind! Tripod is better, you get more space...AND a better website, go with TRIPOD!
