im pretty psyced for mk6 and it looks almost 2 good to be true...with konquest which can be a game on its own...the board game thing the versus mode the puzzle kombat hugggge ass levels with death traps and the new hari kari but i get this feeling that maybe they are overdoing it in the sense that with all this new added features...they may go totally astray and forget what MK is all about. I mean with the new death traps and weapons and stuff and the added green lines and red lines its pretty cool but i have a wierd feeling it wont be the same. Also if theirs huge asss levels...with different areas and stuff to explore they may have to add more to the damage meter and add more time and such for people to explore it and stuff. DONT GET ME WRONG, i cant wait to c wat it offers and im going crazy i cant wait...ive been an MK fan since i was like 7 years old my sister got me the game for sega i didnt know wat it was i played it and ive been hooked ever since... anyways i still cant wait but i hope they dont over do it in the sense that they remember what MK is all about...lol im exhausted from so much typing   lol

nah, they are just adding all this stuff to make all the fans and players happy, they will get the most out of MK:Deception!

In a way I think they are. They are trying to impress MK fans too much. No-one knows if half of this stuff will actually be included in the game. After all these are just rumours. However if everthing goes ahead, Deception will be a major success.

huh? how can they impress the fans 'too' much i think what they are doing is trying to set a new standard for fighting games and try to deliver more replay value unlike DA

It is going to be the best fighting game (or fighting / adventure game?). But i don΄t like that someof the design (the life bar, for example) is exactly the same as MKDA.
Anyway, MK6 will kick anus.

I understand where ya comin' from, but there is no way in the world they are OVERdoing it. How could they?!? Have you played Deadly Alliance? Great game with absolutely NO replay value. Deception STILL hasn't got me psyched, I'm expecting A LOT more. I've read every thing that's been posted and I'm still waiting for more goodies. And btw, all these added bonuses and features will mean absolutely nothing to me if the gameplay sucks. I barely liked DA's gameplay and this looks simliar so I might be one of the fans that the MK team will lose with Deception. Despite that, I'm still buying the game on release date.
P.S. If the rumor about Liu Kang being back as a ghost and a zombie is true, I'm a lil' more psyched, he was never my favorite but definitely one of the best fighters in the game. You can hate him or not, it's true.

I'm always psyched when a new MK is coming up,i have every part of the serie.And the only way i'd like to see Lui Kang is as the Dragon King,so won't need to look at his face in the chracter select screen.

agreed
almost every place that reviews about upcoming games has said that if all goes according to plan, then MK:D could be the best all around fighter to date, and i tend to agree
