My fav female fighter, Sindel is underated. And so is Tanya, although she's perfect if you fight as her against the computer. I think everyone has at least one underated one amongst his/her favorites.

I like Ro Bai Cho,he's underrated(because most people are crybabies who hate difference).
Oh yeah i also like Tanya.Used to hate her but now i love her,She's a good fighter and her ending was shocking and great.Liu Kang died!I wish Tanya herself killed him though.
