Well I searched with google and I can come up with his father's name and his brother's, but no cousin.
Actually if you give the clue whether he is male or female that would help. I think his cousin did not make any appearence in the game just like his father or brother so I think it woould not help much.

Kintaro is different tribe of Shokan, he is half tiger half human ( I guess in MK2 they still did not ahve the idea of calling them Shokan they just made them as mutants ).

In The Journey Begins we learn of Goro's brother Durak and Father King Gorbak.
In the MK Komics we learn that Kintaro is Goro's cousin.
