uea but how do you do that shit like without making it grainy and to put a picture on without that color on the backround while the backround for your sig is on??

i've showed you before and dont save as a gif save it as a jpeg or png or something....

here are some tips with making a BG transperant with Photoshop.
if you have a high color image and try save it as a gif, you will loose quality....gif can only go up to 128 bit. The alternative, is to save as PNG-8 for some reason it will not work work with PNG-24. But I found a better way...you don't save the image at all...you make it transperant, then put it on the final image and save that and it comes out perfect. the way to do this is load up the image you want to make the bg transperant on. goto:
filter > extract you will then see your image, what you do is use the highlighter to highlight the edge of what you want transperant, remember the highlighter must overlap the edge of the image and the edge of the background. you can use the zoom tool to get in the hard parts (holding alt will make it zoom the opposite of the one selected) once you have highlighted the edge, select the paint bucket and paint the area that is staying. then hit preview and see how it looks...you might have to go back and touch up some areas agian and agian to get it perfect. Once you have it how you want it, hit ok. then select the image, and just copy and paste it onto the background you want to use with it...add the text ect....then "save for web" jpeg - high and there you go. It sounds complex but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. We used this method to make the TMK wallpapers...thats how I cut out the renders from the gray background. If you guys need pics to show how its done I can post them.
