The pictures most probably come from the patched version of Mortal Kombat 4. The patch can be found at my site too.

I knew MK4 had a lot of secrets but did not know Goro can be a victim of fatality.

Just go and download the patch. You will be able to play as Kitana, to perform Fatalities on Goro and with him too. Both players can choose Goro and a lot more....
