I'll probably play these characters first:
Sonya Blade
Frost
Li Mei
Reptile 
Most likely in that order.
I've always had a bias towards female characters in fighting games, and usually they're among the first characters I try in a game. In the MK series, however, none of the females in the games ever appealed to me, with the exception of Sheeva, who is my favourite in the series, and to a leser extent Sonya. (Sonya's alright in MK3 and MK4).
I'm really hoping that all that speculation about Sheeva being a hidden playable character pans out.. As for Scorpion and Sub Zero... They're alright, but I tend to shay away from the more popular (some might say overused) character in most games...

Right there with ya, ZulaMK. Sheeva and Reptile are my poisons of choice and they'll be the first two fighters I break out with once I get my hands on MKDA. Speculation nothing! She's in it! I gotta believe!

Yes Sheeva's in it and i'm gonna use her.If she's not in the game then why mention her.Any characters mentionned should be shown.MK:A mentionned Kabal and Stryker yet didn't show them.Brilliant.Very brilliant.I am impressed.

You dudes bring up a good point about the popular characters.
I'm probably gonna just pick Scorpion first. Don't get me wrong, I am not being him just because he's the most popular character (which I only learned a few months ago), I just always liked him since I was little.

I rarely get an interest in popular characters.Most of the time i'm different from the majority.Although i'm going to use Sub-Zero and Reptile.But,as everyone know,i'm gonna use Li Mei!Its gonna be fun to kill the big guys as her.
