We all know Reptile was taken over by the Dragon Kings sprit when he found the egg in MKDA but what will the Dragon King look like? Reptile has been devolving throught out the series, so maybe the Dragon King will be a dragon. But he could be a man with power over dragons, I really don't know for sure but from the two I've mentioned I thing that he would look like a dragon. Any thoughts on other looks?
