How do you do Liu's friendship in MK Advance? Run-Run-Run-Down+Run doesn't work.

MKA is a pretty sad combo of UMK3/MKT. The characters are missing moves, i.e. Sonya has no leg grab, there's only one fatality and friendship per character, and the AI sucks. The CPU either stands still, or beats the crap out of you. There are a few perks though. You have infinite run, so you can run your opponent into the wall and punch/kick them to death, (very satisfying  ) and you can use finishers after they're dead. The list goes on. It's not very impressive, but I still play it sometimes.

On a FAQ I got it says it should be: RN, RN, RN, D + R
Maybe the Last R, should be Right instead of Run??

It says that in the manual, too. I tried right instead of run, and it didn't work either.  Thanks though, I hadn't thought of that.

Did you try pushn' the "R" button on the GBA???
I have no idea what the "R" button does on that game caz I don't have it and never played it b4...

im sorry frost but this game does suck. they took umk3 which was a good game but it wasn't the best one you have to admit and then somehow manges to wreck it

Naah, it ain't that bad. Ok ok it misses a lot of things. (Like Sheeva, and the animalities/babalities and stuff) But hey, what'd ya expect from a GBA game.
And the characters have all the moves, but you gotta find it out yourself. Like Sindel's scream is B,B,B,P. And her hairsweep is RN,B. Zo there you have it. And maybe it's handy to look at some moves from other platforms... and go puzzle it out.
