Bridgett Wilson. If they could train her before the movie and got her to do some actually good moves then she'd be perfect. The who thing about her being to tombboyish is stupid and irrelivent. That was the script for her. She was supposed to act that way. Sandra Hess would have most likely done the same if she ws in MK1. Oh and the outfit was fucked up in MKA!!! Why the fuck did they change the outfit in MKA rather than leave the one from the first movie's ending. Oh and remember when sonya fought Mileena in MKA and got all muddy. then was totally clen in the next scene with her. Common, MKA WAS SHIT! (back on topic, Bridgett Wilson IMO)

for sure the one from MK1 movie cuz not only is she hot, shes a good actress that fits sonya's personality
she beautiful and tough (and she was in the best movie ever made BILLY MADISON!!) and shes also very experienced

Ah, Jenna Jameson.
I can remember a video interview, and all the members of the MK team was asked the same question. One said "Bridgette Wilson because I liked her in Billy Madison." Actually, those videos still might be on http://www.mortalkombat.com.
Personally, I would also like to see Bridgette Wilson. Sandra Hess wasn't that good at all in Annihilation.

you guys say Bridgette made Sonya too tough but you have to remember Sonya is the tough girl in the games most likely not to show her emotions plus Bridgette is much hotter and she played the part much better than Sandra ever could

I'm going with Bridgette Wilson because her performance of Sonya was excellent and believable. I seriously want her back in MK3 if it's ever made. Watching her do it was like watching a tough military woman.
I really did NOT like Sandra Hess for lots of reasons. I'll give out some of them.
Watching Hess play Sonya was not like watching Sonya again, it was like watching a different character (with the same name) b/c she didn't act or look anything like Wilson.
B/c of Hess' body figure she made it look more like a slutty model.
Just b/c Wilson wore shorts and a tank top in the first one did NOT mean Hess had to wear that same kind of clothing too! Apparently the makers behind MKA thought that was the only way they could get Hess to look like Wilson. Well if it was than why didn't they have her in a black tank top, black shorts and a long hair extension (instead of making it look like Sonya lost 8 inches of her hair)?????????? I'll assume the makers were too lazy and careless about it.
The only reason Wilson and Hess' fighting techniques looked different was b/c Hess got trained before the movie began filming but Wilson was not trained. Apparently they thought Wilson was fine the way she was so they didn't think she needed training. For those of you who think Wilson wasn't in MKA b/c she couldn't fight well, you are wrong! It was b/c Wilson was too expensive for the movie (remember MKA had a low budget on casting). As I was watching the moves Hess did in MKA, it all just looked like simple moves Bridgette Wilson could've done too if she'd been trained before the movie. Understand?
That's all I've gotta say.
